Your cooling-off right, ECTA section 44

You may cancel an online order for any reason, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 7 days of receiving the goods.

To use this right the goods must come back to us unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories.

You pay the cost of returning the goods. We refund the full purchase price within 30 days of receiving the return.

If something is defective, unsafe or not fit for its normal purpose, you may return it within 6 months of delivery. You choose whether you want it repaired, replaced or refunded, and it costs you nothing.

This does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or accident, or damage caused by fishing conditions the item was not built for.

How to start a return

Email hello@vanghulletackle.co.za with your order number and what the problem is. Photos help. We will send you return instructions.

Do not send anything back before you have contacted us.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Allow [5 to 10] business days for it to reflect once we have processed it.

Exchanges

The quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
