Where we ship
We ship anywhere in South Africa. We do not currently ship outside South Africa.
How long it takes
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 5-13 business days. Once collected, delivery usually takes:
- Main centres: [2 to 3] business days
- Outlying and rural areas: [3 to 5] business days
These are the courier's estimates, not guarantees. Load shedding, weather and public holidays can add a day or two.
Shipping is worked out at checkout before you pay.
Who we use
The Courier Guy and PUDO. Both are tracked. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected.
Address accuracy
We deliver to the address you enter at checkout. If the address is wrong or incomplete and the parcel comes back to us, you pay the cost of sending it again. Check it before you pay.
Nobody home
The courier will attempt delivery and leave a card. If nobody is available after [2] attempts the parcel returns to us and re-delivery is charged again.
Damaged or missing parcels
Tell us within [7] days of the delivery date and we will sort it out with the courier. Keep the packaging, they usually want to see it.
