Who you are dealing with
This store is operated by Vang Hulle Bait and Tackle (Pty) Ltd, registration 2026/631121/07. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Age
You must be 18 or older to buy from this store, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Products and pricing
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but photos and colours can look different on different screens.
We do our best to keep pricing correct. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
Stock
Listing an item does not guarantee it is in stock. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund you in full.
When a sale is final
Your order is an offer to buy. The sale is concluded once we accept it and confirm dispatch.
Payment

Product use and safety
Fishing tackle carries risk. Hooks, knives, weights and line can cause injury. You are responsible for using the gear safely and for fishing within the law.
Fishing regulations
You are responsible for holding a valid recreational fishing permit and for knowing the bag limits, size limits and closed seasons that apply where you fish. Buying tackle from us does not authorise you to fish anywhere or for anything.
Our liability
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the value of the goods you bought.
Intellectual property
The Vang Hulle name, logo, photography and video on this site belong to us. Do not use them without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time you order is the one that applies.
